The Donaho Wedding

We had the pleasure of designing flowers for the Donaho wedding this weekend. The wedding colors were green and plum and the setting was the families rural farm. The wedding had a very vintage feel to it.
A vintage chicken feeder was filled with flowers and candles.

A metal pail set on a side table.
The Bride's Bouquet consisted of white callas, white roses, green trick, Queen Anne's lace, wax flower, bear grass, and honey bracelet.  The stems of the hand tied bouquet were wrapped with burlap material.
The Bridesmaid's Bouquets were made with white roses, green fujis, green buttons, wax flower, Queen Anne's Lace, bear grass, and honey bracelet.

We decorated this wagon with burlap material for the small children to be pulled in. We had originally covered the wagon with glitzy material for the Yamboree pageant and converted it to have a vintage theme.

Plum and green flowers accented the top of the carriage.
Old cracker tins, milk jugs, and containers were used for centerpieces throughout the reception.
This old well bucket contained a bouquet of hydrangeas, amaranthus, buttons, fujis, and wax flower.

The tire swing was the centerpiece of the wedding ceremony. A large arrangement of ornamental kale, hydrangeas, fujis, alstromeria, Bells of Ireland, Queen Anne's Lace, wax flower, green wheat accented the tire.

Green cymbidium orchids with burlap puffs were used for the corsages.
The boutonnieres consisted of green hypericum, buttons, wheat, and tree fern. Burlap was used on the stem wrap.
The setting for the wedding was beautiful!
We enjoyed being a part of Justin and Brianne's wedding day and wish them many years of happiness together!
